Due to the nature of the items we are unable to offer a returns policy. If you have ordered by mistake please contact us at danni@mindfulmixology.co.uk.
Damages, issues and refunds
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may require you to return the damaged item. If this is the case, once the item is approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
