As you probably know by now, we LOVE brands that are open, honest and actually do their bit for Mother Earth. Whilst every company out there seems to have a 'sustainability' program, we've sorted through the duds and present to you some of best brands out there that actually do some good!

Each week we'll add a new brand to the list below, with the hope that it turns into your "go-to" reference to try a delicious 'mindful' product, whether it be as a gift, or a little treat for yourself.

- Cooper King Herb Gin- £39.00 70cl 40% ABV
A carbon-negative gin that removes 1kg more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere than it emits per bottle.
This family run distillery is not only 100% green when it comes to energy used, they also hand distill, bottle and label each bottle, and donate £1 from ever sale to their tree-planting charity partner and plant 1 sq meter of native UK woodland for every bottle sold. They use local suppliers where possible, from the boxes to the botanicals.
The website is FULL of amazing information on the brand and what they do; for example planting their own lemongrass and juniper with the future hope of producing everything in the UK.
The herb gin we have selected uses honey from family bee hives on the farm, and locally grown Yorkshire lavender. All spirits also go through a cold-distilling process. The result is a crisp delicious award-winning gin!
