A delicious fruity 'martini' style drink (although technically it would be described as a Sour). A beautiful dark berry flavour that blends perfectly with the lemon and agave.
By using STRYKK 'not vodka' you will be enjoying a grown up luxurious cocktail, booze-free and filled with antioxidants, fibre, vitamins C and K!
And by using vodka....well, you can close your eyes and pretend you're being healthy like we do! Happy weekend folks.
You will need:
50ml Vodka or STRYKK Not Vodka
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
5ml Organic Agave
60ml Açai Berry Juice- we used this version from Holland and Barrett
Handful of blackberries (we used some that we had frozen from our garden!)
Method:
- Add the vodka- or 'not vodka', the lemon juice, agave and Açai juice to a cocktail shaker
- Next add a handful of blackberries
- Muddle to break down the blackberries
- Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously until condensation forms on the shaker
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with a blackberry
