The perfect combination. Elderflower and raspberry served with London dry gin, and a dash of vermouth made in Sussex.
London dry gin, dry vermouth, elderflower and raspberry, with a citrussy kick.
The small-batch vermouth we have used is made with a secret blend of botanicals including Cornish Chamomile and Lemon Verbena!
P.S. This cocktail is very low in sugar, so no sugar-hangovers!
Pour in a tall glass over cubed ice and top with a dash of soda. Serve with some skewered berries and some fresh garden herbs.
For a stronger serve, simply pour over ice and enjoy.
